Electoral Commission to ban Exit Polls

February 10, 2014

FijiToday blog reports that a rumour has emanated out of the Electoral Commission (by a reliable source) that election rules will BAN exit polling.  If this is TRUE, then Khaiyum has a better chance of manipulating the election results in favour of Bainimarama.  There will be nothing to compare their “official” election results with.

Exit polling is a simple method of determining if the official results represent the actual votes cast.  It is used in most democracies including England and the USA.

The poll is taken from voters as they leave a polling station, and can be used to predict the outcome of an election or determine the opinions and characteristics of the candidates’ supporters.

Banning Exit Polling from the 2014 Fiji elections strongly suggests that fraud, manipulation and corruption will be applied on election day!

This also strongly suggests that the  Electoral Commission is nothing more than a puppet entity full of corrupt clowns who will rubber stamp Khaiyum’s manipulated “Official” election results.
