Harsh imprisonment sentences that was meted by Judge Madigan last Friday

I’d like to COMPARE the extremely harsh imprisonment sentences that was meted by Judge Madigan last Friday against the 8 “political prisoners” on that 1 remaining count of conspiracy to assassinate the treasonous and suspected principal/accessory and co-conspirator to the murders of the deceased CRW soldiers, Fiji’s self-styled iPM/military coup leader, Commodore Frank Bainimarama…

Rt Inoke Takiveikata – 7 years imprisonment,
Feoko Gadekibua – 5 years 6 months,
Barbados Mills – 6 years 6 months,
Sivaniolo Naulago – 7 years,
Metuisela Mua – 3 years 6 months,
Eparama Waqatairewa – 3 years,
Pauliasi Namulo – 4 years,
Kaminieli Vosavere – 3 years.

…. WITH that of the case of Sakiusa Rabaka, the 19 year-old boy from Nadi who was just barely out of his teens when he was taken by military police, severely tortured. physically/mentally on an army base in Nadi and murdered by the following named 9 military including 1 police personnel, who rcvd the folllowing LENIENT sentences for their murderous and unspeakable conduct –

Count 1 (Manslaughter) – 4 years imprisonment,
Count 2 (AOABH – Aggravated Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm) – 4 months imprisonment,
Count 3 – (AOABH) – 4 months imprisonment,
Count 4 – (AOABH) – 4 months imprisonment,
Count 5 – (AOABH) – 4 months imprisonment,
Count 6 – (AOABH) – 4 months imprisonment.

2. Taione Lua….

Count 2 – (AOABH) – 4 months imprisonment
Count 3 – (AOABH) – 4 months imprisonment
Count 4 – (AOABH) – 4 months imprisonment
Count 5 – (AOABH) – 4 months imprisonment
Count 6 – (AOABH) – 4 months imprisonment.

3. Ulaiasi Radike….

Count 1 (Manslaughter) – 4 years imprisonment,
Count 2 (AOABH) – 4 months imprisonment,
Count 3 – (AOABH) – 4 months imprisonment,
Count 4 – (AOABH) – 4 months imprisonment,
Count 5 – (AOABH) – 4 months imprisonment,
Count 6 – (AOABH) – 4 months imprisonment.

Count 1 (Manslaughter) – 4 years imprisonment,

Count 1 (Manslaughter) – 4 years imprisonment,
Count 2 (AOABH) – 4 months imprisonment,

Count 1 (Manslaughter) – 4 years imprisonment,
Count 2 (AOABH) – 4 months imprisonment,
Count 3 – (AOABH) – 4 months imprisonment,
Count 4 – (AOABH) – 4 months imprisonment,
Count 5 – (AOABH) – 4 months imprisonment,
Count 6 – (AOABH) – 4 months imprisonment.

9. Napolioni Naulia…

Count 1 (Manslaughter) – 4 years imprisonment,
Count 2 (AOABH) – 4 months imprisonment,
Count 3 – (AOABH) – 4 months imprisonment,
Count 4 – (AOABH) – 4 months imprisonment,
Count 5 – (AOABH) – 4 months imprisonment,
Count 6 – (AOABH) – 4 months imprisonment.

The Court gave these 9 murderers “concurrent sentences”, meaning that each of these murderers only gets to serve the longest imprisonment term from the collective convictions against him, i.e. 4 years in jail only for the TORTURE and MURDER of a 19 year old student in their custody!

    This the rule of law in Fiji now. The law of the jungle where those with the biggest guns get away with anything.

    they released a murderer (kin) n sentence the innocent….justice Mad was red in the face when giving the sentence it was almost the same colour as his coat!!! oh n he is a faggot n a drunk!!

    Lets not forget that they also released the murdering soldiers to serve on CSO’s, almost within 1 month of being in jail! Justice my a**!
