Law and order can restore investor confidence: Teleni

October 2, 2009

Bloggers, SWM fully endorses Teleni’s observation that the restoration of law and order in Fiji will bring back investor confidence. I therefore ask Teleni to put his money where his mouth is and arrest Frank, his illegal junta and shadowy advisers and after that, to hand himself in as well.

How can he say this and conveniently ignore his treasonous role in actively taking part in Frank’s coup in December 2006? How ironic, when they try to spin these political correct statements, yet don’t realise they expose their stupidity before the world. You can never suppress the truth and this is exactly what is happening in Fiji today.

Have a nice and safe weekend bloggers and be ready again next week.

Fiji Police Commissioner Commodore Esala Teleni the Police Force is going to restore investor confidence in the country by addressing Fiji’s law and order situation. Commodore Teleni says this is in line with the institutional changes he has started within the Force.

Teleni says he’s strengthening the Force’s Community Policing Department and the whole force is going to focus more on preventing crimes as means of addressing the law and order situation.

“I think its important for the people of Fiji especially for investors to come and invest in an environment that is safe and secure and police is challenged to provide that environment. Especially for those coming in from overseas to provide an environment that is conducive for economic development and at the same time for our local people, feeling safe and confident.”

Fiji’s law and order situation has always been a concern for investors and locals alike ever since the 2000 coup – where home invasion and robbery with violence crimes – was the most committed crime.

Why is Tavua Navua delving into something that is not in his line of knowlege and expertise? Why is he talking investors? If he just does his job as any good commisssioner would everything would fall into place including investor confidence. What has he been doing all these years that he suddenly realises what he did or did not do is affecting investor confidence. Nothing better to talk about. We know this is all crap but try fooling somebody else. Law and order situation – what a joke. Handpicked judiciary all biased. Investors are smart and shrewd and will not invest under present situation. If he wants to address law and order start with the perpetrators of the coup and the illegal abrogators of constitution. Meanwhile just stop talking nonsense and await your day when the legal law and order come back.

Nothing short of arresting Frank and Co. and the Soldiers returning to barracks, will suffice !
But how can one bunch of criminal Officers who have supported this coup and committed High Treason consequently, then turn around and expect different treatment to Frank ?
If Democracy is restored, all their balls are on the line, so where is the incentive to arrest Frank ?
Let’s see how much longer the economy can hold out before someone with a conscience takes action !
    Have a nice weekend.
