Folks, Netani Rika’s disclosure to students at the University of Queensland that Fiji’s Police are now involved in censoring Fiji’s media shows Fiji’s spiralling further into quagmire of dictatorship.

It is immoral, repugnant and totally irresponsible to continuing pretending all is well in Fiji and if we allow this illegal junta a little more time, Fiji will be the way the world should be!

The confirmation of Fiji’s Police suppressing any news revealing their shortcoming contradicts all the razzmatazz of Teleni and Atu Vulaono’s claim, they have a divine calling.

Jesus said ‘you will know them by their fruits’ and the only fruits I see in Fiji’s illegal junta and their supporters folks are: greed, avarice, corruption, nepotism, lust, lying, slander, jealously, immorality, etc which are all an abomination to God, so wake up folks, stop pretending and stop compromising!

Tui Savu.

    Bula Tui
Isn’t it frustrating to see and hear all the Fijians just sitting around the Mango tree, eating and drinking and singing and praying !
But they have forgotten a very important aspect of humanity, Freedom comes at a price and one should fight for ones freedom.
I believe that Fijians are frozen with fear, but that fear is ill founded because the
Regime and it’s cowardly leader, boce Frank Bainimarama, are more frightened than the citizens of Fiji.
Now that Fiji is suspended from the Commonwealth and the subsequent aid is drying up and the threat of Frank becoming President of a failed State and over turning the Land Ownership Laws becomes ever closer,I wonder how long before Indigenous Fijians snap out of that state of mind !

    Exposing the Fijian nationalists’ ‘bogeyman’
my response to this article :-
Firstly, Frank Bainimarama is not the elected Prime Minister, he is a Rogue Commander who took control illegally, of an Elected Government because he was about to be arrested for Sedition and his links to the murders of 5 C.R.W. Soldiers in the 2000 coup.
He has no mandate from the people of Fiji.

Secondly, Parliament no longer exists consequently, nor does the constitution, so there is no longer any protection under the Law, of anything, including Indigenous Land rights etc.

Thirdly, the GCC no longer is functioning in it’s rightful capacity because of Frank Bainimarama’s treasonous act on the 5th. of December, 2006 and therefore, cannot oppose any challenge to the Land Ownership or other Laws which were previously protected by the Parliament etc.

Fourthly, Frank Bainimarama, is not a man to be trusted in any capacity, especially when you consider his track record and the fact that his motivation for the coup, was to save himself from a probable prison term.

And last but not least, this article is hogwash, full of lies and deceptions and only a mentally retarded person would believe it !

    Greetings all

Sv, why have you changed the comments format?

It is annoying to have to trail through 5 or 6 pages to read the comments.

It was far better with the previous style.
